Top 3 Ways Schools Are Using FamilyID to Manage Changing Health Guidelines
Is Your District Requiring Proof of Vaccination? Do you need to collect testing consent forms, vaccination status, or other Covid-19 related information? FamilyID can help.
Back-to-school plans are underway as students, staff and families gear up for what they hope to be a more ‘normal’ year ahead.
Preparing for a new school year is hectic, and we know this year is no different. As districts make big decisions on how to best protect their communities, schools are looking to quickly adjust to changing guidelines on mask mandates, vaccination status, and more. This means collecting more information, documentation and parent signatures... quickly.
Luckily, helping schools and organizations collect the information they need is our claim to fame. Whether you need to add a custom question, new agreement, or file upload to your form, FamilyID has you covered.
Adding A Custom Question
You ask, they answer! Districts have used custom questions to accommodate preferred learning preferences for in-person, hybrid, or remote learning, screen for covid-related symptoms and seek out vaccination status. For health questions, we recommend adding them to the Concerns and Comments area of the form. We’ve also added new standard questions to make Health Tracking for Schools easy!
Add A New Agreement or Policy
Whether you need to add a new agreement or policy to an upcoming or already existing program, FamilyID is here to help. Schools can use the FamilyID platform to collect Covid-19 testing consent forms and policies regarding mask mandates and vaccination status updates. Agreements can be marked as required, meaning the registration can’t be completed unless the agreement or policy is both checked and signed.
Add A File Upload
If your district requires a Covid-19 vaccination upload, FamilyID is fit for purpose! Covid-19 vaccination cards or other immunization records can be securely collected from families through a file upload. File upload fields can be marked as required, meaning the registration cannot be submitted without an attached file.
